DHN is a Florida law firm that handles HOA collections, and since 2025 I’ve been its part-time Director of Technology. That means building the firm’s applications and being the person responsible for its technology day to day.
Each application takes on one stage of the work. Dyson handles case intake, including the document preparation that comes with it. Harvest provides the shared document processing, intake, and background services that Dyson builds on. Verify checks account records against the supporting evidence. Payment manages agreements and attorney approvals. Mailgrid tracks the mail going out.
Willow gathers process-server updates across accounts in one place. Depot keeps document history and reusable templates, with tools for reviewing what changed. All of them fit into how the firm already works and keep the records staff need for review and follow-up.
The rest of the job is the office itself: infrastructure, scheduled copies of the firm’s files, and security reporting. I keep building and maintaining as the firm’s needs change.
