The need
Security information was spread across separate reports.
The firm’s security information was split between server reports and the Google admin screens. Reviewing a sign-in or an outside file share meant knowing where to look first. The requirement was a consolidated view for review and follow-up.
What I built
Review server and Workspace activity together.
Sentry brings daily server reports and Google Workspace activity into one dashboard. Staff can search and filter events, check sign-ins, and review files shared outside the firm.
Review status distinguishes handled items from those requiring attention. Related activity can be gathered into a case with notes and exports for follow-up.

The person responsible decides what to act on. Available actions depend on permissions and settings.
Implementation
How I approached the work.
Background checks and review history
Workspace checks run in the background, and the dashboard displays the collected results. Local files hold the review history, so the application doesn’t need a separate database service.
Permissions for follow-up actions
Actions such as removing external shares depend on the permissions and settings provided. The dashboard gives the person responsible a place to examine the activity and decide what needs action.
