Areate’s back office handles the paperwork on every deal: listing agreements, disclosures, offers, counters, and closing checklists. My work supports that paperwork and the records tied to each transaction.
I built the brokerage’s transaction tools and set up scheduled backups of its records. The tools sit alongside the MLS Areate already uses. The backups keep copies in the cloud, at the office, and in encrypted offsite storage, so years of records don’t depend on one machine.
I’ve been Areate’s technology person since 2011, full-time for most of that stretch and part-time now. The current project is rebuilding the brokerage’s marketing site for 2026.
